Heat held at a safe minimum between stays, and a check on the house after a hard freeze.

Fuel on schedule

Propane or oil on a delivery schedule, checked every month.

A reset before the season

A deep clean before ski season starts, so the house opens the winter at its best.

Priced for peak weeks

Rates and minimum stays set for December through February and the holiday weeks.

Busy weekends covered
